Base salary is $260,000–$390,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. The role supports a sophisticated Technology Transactions practice serving technology companies at different stages of growth. The attorney handles complex commercial technology agreements, intellectual property counseling, and IP and commercial matters connected to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Through diligence, risk analysis, negotiation, and collaboration with other practice groups, the associate provides practical advice and maintains direct client contact on sophisticated transactional matters.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology and commercial agreements
• advise technology companies on intellectual property and contractual matters
• counsel emerging-growth and later-stage/public companies on commercial transactions
• advise on IP and commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions
• conduct IP and commercial contract diligence
• identify and address legal and commercial risks
• collaborate with corporate attorneys and other practice groups
• manage transactional matters and maintain direct client contact.
