What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies
• create job advertisements
• manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, interviews, offers, and background checks
• build candidate networks
• track and report recruiting metrics
• train hiring managers on interviews and applicant tracking systems
• identify recruitment gaps
• support hiring and community events.
