What you'll do

• Coordinate facility tours with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
• assist with admission paperwork and obtaining financial and medical records
• ensure rooms are prepared
• meet with residents and families on admission day
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and room transfers with the interdisciplinary team
• maintain referral relationships
• provide daily census reports
• assist with marketing plans and presentations
• report hazards and supply issues
• follow infection-control and safety practices
• protect resident comfort, privacy, and dignity
• attend meetings and in-services as directed.

Why this role
