• Provide and coordinate care for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Perform assessments and reassessments, develop individualized plans of care, administer medications, document care, provide education, maintain equipment, and communicate patient needs.
