The Regeneration Operator Lead role is onsite in the City of Saint Peters, MO, on a 6 a.m.–6 p.m. Pittman schedule of 3-on/2-off/2-on/3-off. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Operate and monitor regeneration equipment
• manage resin unloading and loading
• maintain equipment parameters during startups and shutdowns
• manage shift operations and schedules
• maintain records and procedures
• complete quality-control documentation in SAP
• monitor ion-exchange KPIs
• coordinate maintenance and chemical supplies
• mentor and train shift members
• conduct quality inspections
• serve as backup production supervisor when required.
