What you'll do

• Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and other channels
• develop audience targeting
• write and test ad copy with creative teams
• manage budgets, bids, A/B tests, and creative rotation
• monitor campaign performance
• build reporting dashboards and deliver analysis
• track impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, and return on ad spend
• conduct audience analysis, keyword research, and competitive audits
• coordinate paid social campaigns and retargeting
• collaborate on integrated media plans and client presentations
• stay current on platform updates and ad policies.
