Veterinary Receptionist — Care Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide in-person and phone customer service
• manage lobby flow, address concerns, and schedule appointments
• assist with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners
• handle medication pickups and service inquiries
• enter data and manage billing and accounts
• assist with retail sales, weighing pets, faxes, and records
• reconcile the cash drawer and complete end-of-day duties.

Why this role
