The Manufacturing Technician II – Night Shift role is onsite in Round Lake Beach, IL, with a rotating schedule from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM. Compensation is $19.81–$31.10 per hour. The role supports production of therapies for patients with severe and chronic diseases at Takeda’s Drug Delivery site. This technician operates and supports production equipment under current good manufacturing practice (cGMP), safety, and quality standards. The role helps meet production goals by leading the line, training junior technicians, completing batch records, maintaining inspection-ready work areas, and reporting safety, quality, or equipment issues.

What you'll do

• Run production activities in accordance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards
• operate DAP lines, forklifts, and hoists
• move products and materials through production
• lead the line and train junior technicians
• collaborate with teams on production and quality goals
• complete batch documentation
• maintain a clean, inspection-ready work area
• report safety, quality, or equipment issues.
