The Aircraft Paint Technician – Weekend Crew role is onsite in Moline, IL, with an hourly pay range of $20–$40. What you'll do

• Prepare aircraft surfaces by sanding, stripping, cleaning, and masking
• mix and apply primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings
• inspect finish quality and adhesion
• safely operate and maintain paint equipment
• follow blueprints, manuals, and paint schemes
• maintain compliant workspaces
• meet FAA, OEM, and company quality standards
• complete work orders and logs
• coordinate with maintenance and finishing teams
• follow PPE and hazardous-material procedures.
