Inbound Team Lead

What you'll do

• Coordinate with operations teams to meet daily performance targets
• monitor activity and alert Supervisors to risks
• prepare recovery plans with Supervision
• communicate exceptions to the Account Team
• identify process improvements and report efficiency
• monitor consumables and create SAP requisitions
• oversee personnel
• investigate exceptions and assign cycle counts.
