Lead Sign Installer

The Lead Sign Installer role is onsite in Martinez, CA, with pay of $25–$35 per hour. Sequoia Signs & Graphics produces commercial electrical and non-electrical signage and provides large-format printing, fabrication, and installation. The lead installer carries out sign installations and helps ensure projects meet company standards and deadlines. The role supports safe, quality work through equipment operation, quality checks, and development and use of business procedures.

What you'll do

• Install various sign types using mechanical fasteners, tape, silicone, and other methods
• work safely on ladders and aerial platforms
• operate power tools and equipment while following safety precautions
• perform pre- and post-construction quality assurance
• complete projects to company standards and on time
• develop, implement, and follow procedures.
