What you'll do

• Coach softball practices and games using positive techniques
• support the head coach’s coaching philosophy
• organize practice schedules
• develop athletes’ sport skills, discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-esteem
• communicate athlete needs and concerns to the supervisor
• promote school spirit and other sports in the athletic program.
