The Assistant Manager — Fairfax Theatre role is onsite in Fairfax, CA. Pay is $23–$24 per hour. The assistant manager supports the theater’s General Manager and daily operations. The role helps deliver a positive movie-going experience by leading and developing staff, supporting guest service, and maintaining safe, clean, and consistent theater operations.

What you'll do

• Support daily theater operations
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training
• supervise work across concession, box office, kitchen, and usher areas
• schedule shifts and assign floor coverage
• resolve guest concerns within policy
• complete inventory counts, cash-outs, and reconciliations
• maintain safety, sanitation, compliance, cleanliness, and required records
• and serve as manager on duty when needed.

Why this role

Part-time, non-exempt position. High school diploma or equivalent required. Responsible Beverage Server training and legally required alcohol-server certification must be completed before serving alcohol; food-handler certification is required where applicable.
