What you'll do

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations with the contract partner
• communicate occupancy forecasts, room priorities, and staffing needs
• inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• coordinate room priorities and VIP needs with Front Office through the PMS
• review guest feedback
• monitor contract performance and document deficiencies
• manage budgets, inventories, supplies, vendors, safety compliance, maintenance work orders, lost-and-found, and key control.
