What you'll do

• Supervise and assist delivery service provider and warehouse staff operations
• develop and enforce quality assurance protocols
• monitor performance and drive improvement
• oversee warehouse activities
• coordinate warehouse-to-warehouse logistics
• manage budgets and team KPIs
• conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews
• recruit and onboard delivery service providers and staffing agencies
• design service-quality training
• oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control
• manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• handle daily operations and emergency responses.
