What you'll do

• Plan production, staffing, and capacity
• establish standards and procedures for embroidery, direct-to-film transfer, heat application, and other decoration methods
• monitor performance and costs
• optimize workflow tools and automations
• oversee inventory, supplies, shipments, quality standards, and equipment maintenance
• lead, train, and develop the facility team
• evaluate equipment and technologies and plan for facility growth.
