Compensation is $0 per year. The Quality Supervisor role is onsite in Springboro, OH. American Battery Solutions develops and manufactures battery energy storage systems for vehicles and other applications. The supervisor leads quality technicians and supports facility-wide production quality, quality systems, and new production-line readiness. The role coordinates controls, inspections, reporting, and corrective work to meet customer requirements and improve manufacturing performance.

What you'll do

• Support IATF 16949 quality systems and process controls
• manage quality technicians’ daily activities
• coordinate measuring equipment calibration
• monitor production standards and drive improvements
• support supplier management and incoming material control
• participate in material review and nonconformance meetings
• inspect incoming materials and final products
• issue quality alerts
• produce statistical quality reports
• maintain audit and inspection records
• support process documentation and production efficiency
• reinforce safety, regulatory, and QMS requirements.
