Construction Manager / Field Superintendent

What you'll do

• Direct daily site activities
• schedule, manage, and inspect subcontractor and field personnel work
• establish and monitor project schedules and milestones
• enforce safety requirements
• inspect work for compliance with specifications, drawings, codes, and quality standards
• prepare project reports and documentation
• interpret plans and specifications
• prepare RFIs and support change-order evaluation
• monitor labor, materials, resources, and expenditures
• set expectations and hold field personnel accountable.
