IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Support hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, phones, and connectivity
• configure and troubleshoot computers and related equipment
• support Microsoft 365 applications
• assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, account setup, and equipment deployment
• maintain technology inventories, documentation, and procedures
• support cybersecurity, endpoint security, and user access management
• assist employees with approved AI tools
• research technology solutions
• work with vendors
• participate in upgrades, deployments, and maintenance.
