The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Technician role is an onsite position in Brookfield, WI. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. Solstice Health provides direct primary care and direct surgical care and seeks support for safe, effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The technician prepares patients, operates and monitors the hyperbaric chamber, and maintains a safe treatment environment. The role contributes to patient safety and a positive treatment experience through protocol-based care, accurate records, and coordination with clinical and administrative staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for HBOT and explain procedures and safety guidelines
• operate and monitor the hyperbaric chamber according to established protocols
• monitor patients and promptly report concerns to clinical staff
• perform pre- and post-treatment safety checks
• maintain treatment records
• clean and maintain the chamber and treatment area
• follow safety, emergency, and infection-control procedures
• collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
