Director of Capital Projects

The role exists to oversee a $250MM+ capital project portfolio, managing the full project lifecycle from design through startup. The Director acts as a primary engineering anchor, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that all facility designs meet internal specifications, cGMP standards, and regulatory requirements to support global manufacturing goals.

What you'll do

• Manage full-lifecycle CAPEX execution including design, construction, and commissioning.
• Oversee multi-million dollar capital asset budgets.
• Lead cross-functional project teams.
• Mitigate engineering and operational risks.
• Manage vendor and procurement relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
