• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage claims.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding repair updates.
• Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.
