Industrial Maintenance Manager

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Manager role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $100,000–$125,000 per year. The manager leads facility maintenance and works with the Plant Manager and production teams to support production goals and schedules.

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and mentor up to six maintenance technicians
• develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules in CMMS
• maintain machinery and facility systems
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure issues
• manage inventory, vendors, contracts, and maintenance spending
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• coordinate maintenance plans with production
• improve processes and maintain accurate records.
