What you'll do

• Monitor residential areas and student activities
• oversee sign-in and sign-out, meals, recreation, visitation, and room checks
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• report maintenance issues
• coordinate with security on facility concerns
• consult supervisors and case managers about resident needs and behavior
• document incidents and shift events
• maintain logs and daily reports
• escort students to activities
• provide clerical support as assigned
• enter case notes and other data.
