What you'll do

• Complete Start of Care assessments
• conduct supervisory and skilled nursing visits
• provide wound care and wound-vac management
• provide tracheostomy care
• educate patients and families
• coordinate care and document in the EMR. Requires an active Michigan RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Home health, wound-vac, tracheostomy, Start of Care, or supervisory experience is preferred.
