The TIG Welder (2nd Shift) is an onsite role based in Verona Beach, NY. Compensation is specified as $27–$30 per hour, and this position supports the production department in an aerospace manufacturing facility. This role exists to perform Gas Tungsten Arc welding (GTAW) on investment castings to ensure they meet customer specifications. The welder will evaluate castings, prepare surfaces, and perform repairs to support the production of function-critical aerospace components.

• Perform GTAW welding for rework, repair, and cosmetic upgrades.
• Evaluate castings for preparation.
• Assess weld techniques.
• Perform weld preparation using grinders.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment.
• Document weld locations and dimensions.
• Adhere to safety policies.
