What you'll do

• Handle infusion referrals, authorizations, financial counseling, and benefit investigations
• obtain treatment documentation from referring providers and communicate patient status
• explain referral processes and status to patients
• communicate with referring and prescribing providers
• assist with medical inventory and office supplies.

Why this role

Full-time onsite role with a dedicated six-week training plan. Healthcare experience, insurance prior authorization experience, medical terminology, medical insurance experience, and EHR familiarity are sought; infusion experience is preferred. Current BLS certification and documentation of a negative TB test within the last two years are required.
