What you'll do

• Answer customer, service, support, and vendor calls
• manage mailings, calls, and email
• schedule insulation and HVAC crews
• coordinate with installation crews, service staff, and field managers
• resolve project issues
• conduct satisfaction follow-ups
• solicit reviews and referrals
• handle a high volume of customer contacts.
