What you'll do

• Set up and tear down the expeditor station
• keep it organized
• liaise between front-of-house and culinary teams
• know dish components and presentation
• adjust final presentation and garnish to specifications
• communicate allergies, dietary preferences, and VIP guests to culinary
• verify orders and table destinations
• run food as needed
• maintain cleanliness
• record refrigerator temperatures
• organize coolers and condiments
• complete requisitions and track low-stock items
• assist server assistants between peak periods as needed.
