What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, playgrounds, fences, and irrigation
• remove litter and manage dumpster areas
• clean common areas and vacant units
• assist with minor repairs and unit turnovers
• perform seasonal snow and ice removal
• inspect and report safety or maintenance concerns
• maintain groundskeeping equipment.
