Call Center Representative

Job overview

The Call Center Representative role is onsite in Arlington, TX. Pay is $16 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role supports the firm’s Collection Center and government collection matters. The representative serves as a first point of contact, researching and documenting accounts while resolving delinquent account matters and contributing to weekly and monthly production objectives.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• research accounts to identify contact information
• document account actions in computer systems
• provide customer service
• contribute to weekly and monthly production objectives
• work with the team to resolve delinquent accounts.
