Service Technician

Job overview

The Service Technician role is onsite in Herndon, VA, with pay of $23–$25 per hour. Rose Valley Management’s technician helps provide a hospitality-driven living experience for the property’s residents. The technician performs routine and preventive maintenance in common areas and resident units, addresses safety hazards, and maintains the building’s exterior and grounds. The work supports resident satisfaction and the ongoing condition of the property.

What you'll do

• Repair common areas and apartments, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, wall repairs, painting and appliances
• inspect building exteriors and maintain grounds
• perform daily cleaning and assigned projects
• apply preventive measures and address safety hazards
• attend required meetings, workshops and training
• participate in an on-call rotation for emergency work orders.
