What you'll do

• Support daily account service
• recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation providers
• oversee field operations, client start-ups, retention, and account development
• identify and escalate service challenges
• monitor transportation performance against contracts
• communicate with clients, contractors, community officials, and agencies
• maintain provider and safety documentation
• follow regulatory and client safety requirements.
