What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and schedule installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications services
• develop schedules that support internal and customer requirements and need dates
• coordinate event scheduling between customers, field teams, and the company
• support event creation for field implementation
• participate in after-action reviews to address scheduling challenges
• identify automation and network optimization opportunities
• manage the telecommunications design-release workflow.
