Toyoda Gosei North America’s Japanese OEM Sales department manages customer accounts for a global manufacturer of automotive components, safety systems, and LEDs. The manager coordinates customer accounts and commercial activity to support satisfaction, profitability, and sales targets. The role develops customer relationships, identifies and closes sales opportunities, and works across internal teams on engineering changes, quality improvements, quotes, negotiations, and reporting; travel to company and customer sites may include overnight stays.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts internally and externally
• contribute to sales strategies
• coordinate engineering changes, quality improvements, quoting, negotiations, and reporting
• maintain sales data and systems
• build relationships with senior-level customer decision-makers
• identify, develop, and close sales opportunities
• increase revenue per account
• participate in customer status and strategy meetings as needed
• support continuous improvement efforts
• travel to company and customer sites as required.
