Maintenance Technician — Industrial Equipment

The technician performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to support safe, efficient equipment operation and reduce downtime. Work includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; maintaining kilns and other processing equipment; documenting work in a CMMS; and collaborating with production and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Use Fiix or similar CMMS software to schedule, track, and document maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• inspect and maintain presses, furnaces, kilns, vacuum systems, and other equipment
• diagnose faults including PLC issues
• monitor equipment performance
• manage spare-parts inventory
• support equipment installation and commissioning
• develop maintenance procedures and training
• perform tool and die setups
• follow safety and environmental requirements
• collaborate with production and engineering.
