What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations

• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• support associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and daily transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate to sales associates and retail keyholders when the store manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
