• connect customer commitments, truck supply, autonomy readiness, site activation, operations readiness, and launches to milestones and dependencies
• surface critical-path changes, risks, and decisions
• lead cross-functional company milestones
• establish repeatable frameworks and decision loops
• prepare executive-ready updates and program materials.
