What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in debt financing transactions. Advise on term loan and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documentation
• coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, financial institutions, and other transaction professionals.
