What you'll do

• Generate business through outbound calls, prospecting, lead follow-up, and referrals
• identify customer insurance needs and recommend coverage
• prepare quotes and explain policy benefits
• sell and cross-sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• maintain customer relationships and a CRM sales pipeline
• work toward production goals
• participate in sales coaching and professional development.
