What you'll do

• Assist passengers with delayed, damaged, or pilfered baggage
• process and update baggage claims and tracking files
• close resolved claims
• manage workflow tasks and unclaimed bags
• arrange baggage delivery
• assist with lost and found items and delayed assistive devices
• process refunds and interim expenses
• and follow applicable guidelines and company policies. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
