Behavioral Health Director

What you'll do

• Oversee department operations, scheduling, caseload management, documentation workflows, and program efficiency
• develop policies and evidence-based practices
• onboard staff and interns
• manage resources and budgeting
• provide clinical supervision and training
• maintain a small mental health caseload
• oversee assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic services
• respond to clinical crises during clinic hours
• monitor quality measures
• build community partnerships
• ensure regulatory, ethical, and documentation compliance.
