What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils and load them into dish racks
• return clean dishes to storage or the cook’s line and rewash soiled items. Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
• maintain dishwashing equipment and the dish area
• remove trash and recyclables
• clean floors and restaurant areas
• and notify a manager if dish-machine temperatures fall below safety standards.
