What you'll do

• Perform maintenance work involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general HVAC, drywall repair, painting, and tiling.
• Perform grounds maintenance, trimming, cutting, and equipment operation.
• Bring personal tools and maintain availability for winter on-call plowing.
