The keyholder supports store performance by delivering customer service, leading and developing retail associates, maintaining in-store operations, and helping meet sales goals and create customer connections around travel.

What you'll do

• Deliver customer service and personalized shopping experiences
• take accountability for in-store processes and operations
• meet individual key performance indicators and sales goals
• lead and support retail associates
• assist with onboarding and training
• coach team members
• and partner with store management on marketing events and programming.
