What you'll do

• Oversee assigned childcare centers and Center Directors
• address parent concerns related to education and classroom programs

• ensure compliance with state, safety, fire, educational programming, and staffing regulations
• assess site conditions
• implement the crisis management plan when needed
• review surveys and execute improvement plans
• train staff on policies and procedures.
