Laundry Technician

What you'll do

• Monitor industrial washers, dryers, and other equipment
• operate machinery and control water temperature
• inspect equipment and report problems
• repair and maintain laundry equipment
• exchange worn clothing
• conduct laundry-area security rounds
• maintain clothing and linen inventory
• ensure cleaned clothing is returned in the proper amount
• keep the laundry building and outside area clean and secure
• control and account for chemicals and hazardous materials.
