What you'll do

• Supervise daily testing and support on-site execution and troubleshooting
• ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and project priorities
• coordinate shared testing teams and fleet utilization
• serve as on-shift decision-maker and escalate critical issues
• track shift performance metrics
• review documentation
• identify process gaps and implement corrective actions with management and engineering
• coach and evaluate team members
• promote safety and continuous improvement
• support shift handoffs and applicable CDL/HOS compliance.
