What you'll do
- Provide direct care and support
- assist individuals with independent living skills, personal goals, self-advocacy, and community involvement
- mentor, train, observe, and coach Direct Support Professionals
- support implementation of Individual Service Plans
- collaborate on daily program operations and maintain organized residential environments
- complete documentation and follow incident reporting, confidentiality, safety, and organizational requirements.
