Vendor Management Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the vendor portfolio of 300+ relationships and maintain records of terms, contacts, performance, and renewals
• establish vendor review and relationship-meeting cadence
• serve as an internal escalation point for vendor issues affecting delivery, pricing, or availability
• negotiate new and renewing agreements
• partner with Finance and Sales on terms and margin targets
• review and redline contracts, involving outside counsel when needed
• segment vendors and develop engagement plans
• identify and onboard vendors based on customer and product needs
• conduct vendor due diligence
• collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations
• report vendor spend, contract terms, and renewal risk.
